What You Need to Know
Most clients opt to do compression therapy after a whole body cryo session. But, it’s fine to do ahead of cryo or before getting in the sauna. Or, come in after your run or workout. You’ll sit in a comfortable chair with your legs stretched out. Best to wear sweatpants, yoga pants, or leggings. Lightweight jeans work, too. Compression sessions can run 10, 15, or 20 minutes.
