Before you come in
Arrive five minutes early for your first visit — there's a short intake form.
Bring dry socks and underwear; we provide robe, gloves and slippers.
Skin should be dry, so hold off on lotions before whole body cryo.
Pregnancy, uncontrolled hypertension and a few other conditions rule cryo out. Call us and we'll talk it through.
